A Florida man was arrested on Oct. 30 after allegedly inserting radio-controlled explosive units in bogs on the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa.
Authorities say Bryan Robert Eckley, 46, of Tampa, positioned the bombs within the bogs on the property. He now faces prices of constructing and setting harmful units with the intent to hurt, in line with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
