Two titans of the playing world are set to host a charity poker match this fall in Las Vegas.
Sin City legend Jack Binion (pictured above) and seven-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner Daniel Negreanu are headlining the Keep Memory Alive Texas Hold ‘em Charity Poker Tournament on Friday, Nov. 8 on the Keep Memory Alive Event Center, which is positioned contained in the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
The occasion is open to poker fans of all ability ranges. According to the press launch, “Beginners through advanced players are invited to compete for extraordinary prizes, including $10,000 cash. Guests will enjoy a night of exceptional wine and spirits tastings, cocktail demonstrations, entertainment, raffles and a dine-around culinary experience by The Sin City Chef.”
Check in for the occasion kicks off at 5:00 PM native time, with a tutorial out there at 5:30 PM for these seeking to brush up on their abilities. The match itself begins at 6:30 PM.
A seat within the match runs $800, whereas a ticket to the occasion with out entry into the poker occasion is $200. For ticketing, head to Keep Memory Alive’s official website. Capacity is restricted.
Proceeds from the occasion will profit the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, with goals to, “Find, fund, and facilitate the most effective and innovative research, treatment, and educational support programming for patients and their families affected by brain disorders, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, multiple system atrophy and multiple sclerosis.”
